November 1, 2024
Well there goes another month! Hope everyone is staying warm as the temperatures are going down. Here in Seattle, we are seeing a bit more rain with scattered sun. Ready to start taking some Vitamin D 🙂.
🎛️ Team Controls
Since day one, we built VetRec to be a collaborative experience, one that provides the greatest value when used together by all staff in clinics and hospitals. To help improve collaboration experiences, especially in large hospitals, we are introducing Team Controls. This allows administrator to configure VetRec including role-based access controls, default templates, editing controls, etc.
🦷 Dental Charts
We have been diligently working to bring Dental Charts to VetRec and today we are ready to share what we have in store. Access will be rolling out to users in the coming weeks. Here are the top points:
📊 Usage Analytics for teams
In September, we launched our Team Analytics. We are excited to announce they are now available across all organizations. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback! We will be rolling out additional updates in the coming months including our anticipated launch of Insights.
More goodies
🐾 Multi-pet support
To better support all kinds of situations vets see every day, we are adding improved support for multiple pets. Our goal is that you can record once and let VetRec figure out the information for each pet and generate individual notes for each.
📁 Multi-document support
Sometimes you want to generate several documents off a single visit. That today requires you to overwrite any existing documents. Not cool, we know. To enable better workflows, we will be allowing you to generate multiple documents for a single visit. For example, on a single visit you will be able to have multiple documents like a medical record, a surgery report, an abdominal ultrasound report, a client discharge summary, and a kid’s story ;). All under the same visit!
📞 Phone Call Notes
Let VetRec help with generating summaries and notes from phone calls to client. Simply connect VetRec to the call and let VetRec process the information. Add recordings directly into existing visits or create standalone notes for a call.
🖼️ Image Support in Records Recap
To better enable you to use Records Recap for all your notes (including handwritten notes!), we are working to support summarizing information from images that are present in PDFs you upload!
Some of you may have heard already but we have a super-friendly referral program for all of our VetRec users 🙂
How does it work?
